Beeswax sweater design is a collaboration with Primrose Yarn Co for the NY Sheep and Wool Festival 2018.

Beeswax sweater is an ode to lovely and squishy honeycomb cables! Simple, relaxed fit and easy top-down construction are paired with wonderful dk yarn to make this sweater quick and fun to knit and perfect to wear.

Yarn: 5 (6, 6, 7, 8, 8) skeins of Marquess MCN by Primrose Yarn Co (80% Superwash Merino, 10% Cashmere, 10% Nylon; 225 yards (205 meters) / 100g). Approx. 1100 (1230, 1360, 1480, 1610, 1740) yards (1005 (1125, 1240, 1350, 1470, 1590) meters) of DK weight yarn. The sample was knit in colorway Dreams and in size medium.

Finished chest circumference: 36 (40, 44, 48, 52, 56)” (90 (100, 110, 120, 130, 140) cm). Choose a size with approx. 2-4” (5-10 cm) of positive ease.

Gauge:
18 stitches and 28 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette stitch using larger needles, after blocking.
24 stitches and 28 rows = 4” (10 cm) in cable pattern using larger needles, after blocking.
