This pattern is my contribution to short-row knitting, so I could share the method I’ve devised to keep track of how to create systematic but simple short-row sections in a piece of knitting.

I call these short-row sections ‘bloops.’

You can knit this scarf or shawl with a group of yarns, or with a single ‘magic ball’ or Noro-type yarn, or even a patterned sock yarn!
