Boot Weather Sweater -- (try saying that five times fast!)

This is absolutely one of the most wearable, comfortable, and flattering sweater garments you will find. I used chevron color work lines in the sweater so that it breaks up horizontal and vertical lines. This is to give all shapes and sizes an oversized look, without adding wideness to the overall effect.

The sleeves start around the curve of the elbow, to take your eye away from the upper arm. The dropped shoulder effect lets the sides of the garment hang down more than the front. This helps a lot with people on the shorter end of the line (ME), not look even more short with an oversize sweater. It give great lines, and helps amplify your natural body shape, not hide it!!!!

(Best worn while wearing legging and boots, jumping/rolling/laying in a pile of leaves!!)

Notions :
Stitch markers (1 unique for BOR, 1 to mark the side seam); scissors; row counter (suggested); darning needle to weave in ends; waste yarn or stitch holders to hold your sleeve stitches.

Notes :
This sweater is knit bottom up, then joined together to work into the round to the underarms. It is then separated to work the front and the back flat. The shoulders are then joined together using the three needle bind off method. The sleeve stitches are picked up and knit in the round from the body out to the cuffs..

Many of the test knitters who worked on this knit found that their gauge changed dramatically during the process of knitting the colorwork. Please check gauge frequently while knitting.
