Note: The nature of this pattern requires blocking out to properly
show off the cables. If you prefer your cables more fully ribbed, you
will need to make a size or two wider, as the pattern measurements reflect blocking out approximately 1½” across each piece. This
changes the gauge from 8 rows/in to 8½ rows/in.
