Cabled Fingerless Gloves
by Cindy Walker
This is a very easy cable project, suitable for intermediate beginners, that is knitted flat then sewn up the sides. The nature of the cable pattern makes the side seam easy to sew yet hard to see when finished. The pattern is written in two sizes for medium and large hands using sport weight (5.5 stitches per inch) yarn.
You will need needles that get you the gauge, as above, in stockinette and a cable hook or double pointed needle for the cables.
This project takes very little yarn and makes for a wonderful winter gift!
