Candy Stripe Cowl
My gift π to help start your Holiday knitting!!!
Use promo code Aspen to receive your free pattern as a holiday gift from me to you until midnight Sunday, November 14th 2021.
When I heard Christmas Sprinkles was Aspen very favorite color to dye, I knew I needed to make something festive with it! I paired it with Stilleto (my favorite red!) and it just magically knit up looking like a candy cane, making this cowl perfect for holiday gifting and wearing!!!
But then I really wanted something I could wear longer in the winter, and grabbed a pink (of course) and gray combination and knit it again. I mean Aspen will NEED a break from dyeing all that Christmas Sprinkles- right?
This cowl is also perfect for picking your very own fan colors to represent those favorite teams π at the cold games this season.
Knit up quickly in a DK weight, the stripes are worked up entirely in mosaic knitting (one color at a time). And best of all this cowl is made up of knit stitches, and for those of you who donβt like to purl (Shannon), the only purling will be on the ribbing edge stitches!
