This cool and comfy summer top is perfect for the beach or dinner with friends. This project is knitted in the round from the bottom up. The lace edges are “knitter friendly” patterns that add a touch of simple elegance to the garment.
Yarn: Pacolet Valley’s Southern Exposure
Small: Small: 4.5 oz-414 yd = 1 100gr ball + 50 gr hank
Medium: 5 oz-506 yd = 2 100 gr balls
Large: 6 oz-550 yd = 2 100 gr balls
Needles: Size 4-5/24” circular, whatever gets the gauge
Gauge: 5 st and 7 rows per inch in stockinette
Know How: Patient, Determined Intermediate
Beads: 18, 26, 28 size 6 beads, or whatever strikes
your fancy and will accommodate your yarn.

Note: cotton tends to grow as the project commences, when in doubt, err on the side of caution and drop down a needle size.
