CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN
These are the perfect pattern for using up all those scrappy bits of leftover yarn which I hate to waste but are really too small to do much with (this pattern works with fingering held double, dk or worsted weight yarns). You can easily colour block or add stripes with any extra tiny bits of leftovers. These slippers are warm, they provide a little bit of cushioning on hard floors and are just plain cosy. I make a lot of them and wear them almost every day, they also make great gifts. This pattern is my second take on these slippers, this version is made toe up and has a stretchier, shaped heel as well as a slightly different toe shaping for a better fit. There are 6 different sizes with instructions on how to customise these for length as well as for a square or rounded toe.

MATERIALS
Approximately 50-100g of fingering (4ply) (held double), dk (8ply) or worsted (10ply) weight yarns.

GAUGE
4”x4” (10cmx10cm) square sc in the round = 20 stitches x 20 rows

FINISHED DIMENSIONS
Child (S, M, L) Adult (S, M, L)
Foot Circumference (at ball of foot): (6, 6.8, 7.6) (8.4, 9.2, 10)” (15.25, 17.25, 19.25) (21.25, 23.5, 25.5)cm
Foot Length: (5.4, 6.8, 8.2) (9.2, 10.6, 12)” (13.75, 17.25, 20.75) (23.25, 27, 30.5)cm
This patterns works perfectly if you need to mix and match the circumference and length measurements. Begin by working the size the most closely matches your foot circumference for the TOE section, once all the increases are complete you can then work the rest of the pattern in the size that most closely matches your foot length.Instructions are also given for customisation on length to ensure perfect fit.
