Crochet your own kitty cat!! Wouldn’t this be a wonderful gift for a cat lover.

Crochet pattern available in English (with American and English crochet terms) and in Dutch!
Level: Easy (cat pattern in 1 color)

With this crochet pattern you can make all the cats shown on the photos. The gray cat is a little bit smaller. It is made with the same pattern, but with a smaller hook and yarn.
If you use the yarn that I recommend, the cat pillow will be approx. 33 cm high and 25 cm wide / 13 inch high and 9.8 inch wide.
The small gray cat pillow will be approx. 23 cm high and 18 cm wide / 9 inch high and 8 inch wide.

Pattern:
1: make front and back of the pillow
2: make eyes and sew them on the front, embroider pupils on eyes (explained with pictures)
3: embroider nose and whiskers on the front.
4: sew or crochet the front and back together (insert stuffing)

You will get the pattern with American, English and Dutch crochet terms.
Used stitches: standard crochet stitches
Used crochet hook: E4 (US) / 9 (UK) = 3.5 mm
Used yarn: DK / Light worsted

You will need the following quantities:
Cat in 1 color: black or white: 145 grams of black or white yarn (= 406 meters / 444 yds)

• Siamese cat: 30 grams of dark brown yarn (= 84 meters / 92 yds) and 125 grams of ecru yarn (= 350 meters / 383 yds)
• Brown and ecru cat: 30 grams of ecru yarn (= 84 meters / 92 yds) and 125 grams of brown yarn (= 350 meters / 383 yds) I have used Scheepjes Softfun and Scheepjes Softfun denim (50 grams = 140 meters / 153 yards)

The small gray cat pillow is made with yarn with yarn weight sport / 4 ply and hook C2 (US) / 9 (UK) = 2.5 mm

Kattenkussen haakpatroon

Haak uw eigen kat!!
Zou dit niet een prachtig cadeau zijn voor een kattenliefhebber. Haak zijn/haar favoriete kussen en u heeft het perfecte cadeau.

U kunt met dit patroon alle katten, die getoond worden op de foto’s, haken.
Het kleine grijze katje is gehaakt met hetzelfde patroon maar met een kleinere maat haaknaald en dunner garen.

Als u het voorgeschreven garen gebruikt wordt dit kussen ong. 33 cm hoog en 25 cm breed. Het kleine grijze kattenkussen is ong. 23 cm hoog en 18 cm breed.

Patroon:
1: haak de voor- en achterkant
2: haak de ogen en naai die op de voorkant, borduur pupil op het oog (uitgelegd met foto’s)
3: borduur neus en snorharen op de voorkant
4: naai de naden dicht (doe de vulling erin)

Het geschreven patroon is in het Nederlands.
De gebruikte steken: Vaste, Magische Ring, Halve Vaste, Half Stokje en ‘haak 2 Vasten samen’ (Haaknaald 3,5 mm; garen voor 3,5 - 4 mm)

Hoeveelheid garen:

• Kat in 1 kleur: zwart of wit: 145 gram zwart of wit garen (= 406 meter)
• Siamese kat: 30 gram donkerbruin garen (= 84 meter) en 125 gram ecru garen (= 350 meter)
• Bruine en ecru kat: 30 gram ecru garen (= 84 meter) en 125 gram bruin garen (= 350 meter) Ik heb Scheepjes Softfun en Scheepjes Softfun denim gebruikt (50 gram = 140 meter)

Het kleine grijze kat kussen is gemaakt met haaknaald 2,5 en garen voor haaknaald 2,5 - 3 mm
