Indie dyers put so much heart and hard work into their yarn advents every year, creating stunning multicolored works of art. Choose Your Own Advent-ure gives you an outlet to savor this knitterly delight of the season, turning a few of your advent minis into a delicate crescent shawl. So that you’re not bored, the shawl is broken into 4 sections, each of which has two stitch pattern options; these options can be mixed and matched endlessly, offering dozens of possible shawls from one pattern. The final border can be extended to use more minis if desired. And if you’re not opening an advent calendar this season, fear not—this pattern works just as well with scraps and leftovers from your stash.
