Chunky Easy peasy sweater with raglan
Please welcome the Chunky Easy Peasy raglan sweater to our family of patterns that have been made for you, who want to knit an easy and simple sweater on large needles. It is very easily made, and the pattern is written in a simple and beginner-friendly language that will allow even a fairly novice knitter to make this wonderful piece. And you can choose between a conventional neck hem or a turtleneck.
This sweater is intended as an entirely classic, Nordic and slow-fashion design, a basic element of your wardrobe that will last for many years. This time we will be working with 2 strands held together, our favourite yarn, Önling No 1, combined with Önling No 10, a Silk Mohair yarn, which combined call for a needle size 7 mm (US 10.75). The result is a light, soft, warm, and fluffy sweater – one you will want to move into!
The design is slightly ’oversize’, i.e. with a positive ease of approx. 5 cm / 2 inches. It is slightly short, has fairly deep armholes, and long, wide sleeves.

The sweater is worked top down, which allows you to try on the sweater as you go and adjust it to theperfect fit for you. The piece is then divided into body and sleeves, which are finished separately.
