Crochet PATTERN for Cinched Hat with Tie - in customizable sizing - Toddler - Child - Adult

This hat is super cute with 1920s vintage charm. It is extremely soft, light, and warm, in addition to being stylish!

My models are my girls, but this hat can be made in any size. The pattern includes instructions on how to easily alter the size of the finished hat.

This hat is worked in the round using a simple stitch pattern to create a textured knit look.

SIZE:
20.5” circumference (plus some stretch), 9” tall.

SKILL LEVEL:
Beginner- you need just a little crochet experience.

TERMINOLOGY:
This pattern is written in American Crochet Terms

MATERIALS NEEDED:
You’ll need a J Crochet hook and your favorite worsted weight yarn. I created it using worsted weight merino wool from Mountain Meadow Wool. http://www.mountainmeadowwool.com/yarns, but it will be beautiful crocheted in any worsted weight yarn.
