The Cloud Blossom Beanie is a lighter than air hat inspired by the very long spring and cool summer evenings we experience in the Pacific Northwest, as well as by the profusion of blossoms that accompany these seasons. Knit bottom up and in the round, this beanie will fly off your needles. Its sweet lace inset is perfect for someone wanting to dabble in a new technique without a big commitment.

Though knit here in the dreamiest of cottons, this pattern also does well in worsted weight wool. An option to create a slouchy version is included in the pattern, but doing so might require more than 145 yards of yarn.
