Cosmopolitan sweater is a part of my “Just for Me!” ebook and an adult version of my Modern Pixie Sweater design.

This sweater features a simple, yet stylish collar/cowl, big colorful stripes, and a very simple silhouette.The design gives you plenty of room to be creative with your colors – make it in a solid color, variegated, big two tone stripes, lots of random stripes, the sky is the limit.

Cosmopolitan is worked from the top down and is completely seamless.
I have used an amazing technique developed by Susie Myers, “contiguous set-in sleeves”, that allows shoulder shaping without using short rows.

Gauge: 17 sts and 22 rows = 10 cm/4 inches in stockinette stitch with 5.5 mm/US #9 needles or size to obtain gauge.

Sizes: 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 49, 52” chest size.

Yardage: 750, 800, 850, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500, 1600 yards.

Notions:

5.0 mm/US # 8 circular needles (40 cm and 80 cm);
5.5 mm/US #9 circular needles (60 and 80 cm);
2 stitch markers A and 1 marker B;
Tapestry needle;
Lengths of waste yarn/stitch holder;
3 buttons (2.5 cm/1 inch wide).
