Meet the Cozy V Sweater!! The sweater you’ll reach for again and again— she’s perfect for a snuggly Netflix night at home, or a spicy date night out. With a flattering deep V-neck, slouchy fit, and subtle texture, this cozy sweater is effortlessly stylish.
CONSTRUCTION
Made seamlessly and top-down, starting with two panels to make the v-neck that are joined to add the back panel, then the body is worked in rounds. Join again to add each sleeve in the round. The length of the sleeves and body are customized for YOUR perfect fit.
SIZES
1-9 with a finished bust measurement of 34.5”(38.2”, 41.8”, 46.8”, 50.5”)(54.2”, 57.8”, 62.8”, 66.5”)
This sweater was designed with 4-6” / 10-15 cm of positive ease at the bust for a relaxed, slouchy fit. Or you can size down for a more fitted look. If you’re between sizes, choose which size best fits your preferences. The designer sample was made with 4.75” inches of ease.
YARN
Approximately 951(1063, 1179, 1350, 1455)(1588, 1669, 1801, 1912) yards of Bulky, Aran, or Worsted weight yarn. Multiple weight yarns work with this pattern as long as you meet gauge and like the resulting fabric.
I’d recommend an airy/fluffy yarn comparable to the yards per gram of my sample made in WeCrochet Wonderfluff (70% baby alpaca/ 23% nylon/ 7% merino wool) 142 yds/50g
GAUGE
13 sts & 10 rows = 4 inches / 10 cm blocked.
