This balaclava with a slight pixie tip is perfect for winter, it consists of two layers of knit to make it extra warm. The outer layer is a beautiful lace pattern, the neck part is stretchy and snug fit rib knit.

The hat part of the balaclava is knit flat, the neck part is knit in the round.

This pattern comes in sizes from newborn to adult.

Gauge: 19 sts in 4 in/10cm in stockinette stitch

You will need: yarn (up to 110 grams for the smallest size, up to 220 grams for the largest size), knitting needles to obtain the gauge (for both knitting in the round and knitting flat), a darning needle.
