The Easy Breezy Knit Poncho transforms a basic shape into a beautiful airy poncho. This design uses beginner stitches to create open lacework, and takes self striping yarn to a whole new level. Your finished poncho will be a statement piece over any outfit and can be worn through many seasons.

Skills:
-Beginner
-You will need to know how to cast on, bind off, knit, purl, yo and have basic knitting skills and how to read a pattern.

Sizes:
-XS/S (M/L, XL/2X, 3X/4X, 5X) for bust sizes 32” (40”, 48”, 56”, 62”) with instructions on how to customize your wrap to your preferred dimensions.

Materials:
-Approximately 655 (818, 982, 1146,1301) yds or 165 (207, 248, 289, 331) grams of DK Weight Category #3 Yarn for sizes XS/S (M/L, XL/2X, 3X/4X, 5X). Designer’s sample made with 2 (2, 2, 2, 3) skeins of Mandala Baby in the color Echo Cave by Lion Brand Yarn
-US 10/6mm Knitting Needles, or needles to obtain gauge
-Scissors
-Stitch Marker
-Tape Measure
-Tapestry Needle
-Blocking Mats & T-Pins (optional)
