Electron Jump is a fun and exciting shawl to knit, loaded with texture, color changes, and a sampling of stitch patterns.

Size: 40”/102cm deep x 90”/229cm wide.

Needles: US 5/ 3.75mm, or size to obtain gauge, in long circulars.

Gauge: 22 sts and 27 rows = 4”/ 10cm in Stockinette stitch.
Differences in gauge will affect size, drape, and yardage requirements.

Yarn: fingering weight:
MC: 360 yards / 330 meters;
CC1 - CC12: 80 yards / 74 meters each of 12 colors.

Notions: stitch markers, tapestry needle.

Sample knit in: UPNorth Yarns 2023 Advent Set (85% superwash Merino, 15% nylon; 438 yards / 100g) in Foggy Morning (MC) and 12 contrast colors.
