When you go up a hooksize, the outfit might be bigger, but proportions remain intact. This means gauge isn’t important.

The birthday outfit is an outfit made to fit Dressup Dolls Elsa and Malaika. It contains a skirt, a cropped top with a lace back, a balloon and a party hat.

Haaknaald/Hooksize:
Dit outfitje wordt gehaakt met haaknaald 2.0 voor het rokje, feesthoedje, topje en de ballon en 1.0mm voor de details van het feesthoedje met het voorgestelde garen. Belangrijk is wel dat je de haaknaald aanpast aan de maat waarin je je Elsa of Malaika pop gehaakt hebt. Mijn Elsa is gehaakt met haaknaald 2.0mm. Losse hakers kunnen een kleinere naald pakken en strakke hakers graag een grotere naald. De verhoudingen van de kleding blijven intact.
This outfit is crocheted using a 2.0mm hook for the skirt, party hat, top and the balloon and a 1.0mm hook for the lace details of the partyhat with the recommended yarn. It’s important to adjust the hooksize to the size you used to crochet your Elsa or Malaika doll. My Elsa is crocheted with a 2.0mm hook. If you crochet loosely, you could use a smaller hook and if you crochet thightly please use a bigger hook to make sure your clothes fit. The proportions of the clothes remain intact.
