Elysium is a cable and lace shawl knit sideways from end to end. This shawl can be knit to any length, increasing length will also increase depth.

The grey version is knit with 1 strand of alpaca 4ply and 1 strand of laceweight mohair held together; the same gauge was achieved with a single strand of merino 4ply as shown in the orange version.

Pattern has both written and charted instructions.

420yds / 385m 4ply / fingering weight yarn
4mm / US 6 needles

Finished Measurements:

64” wide x 22” at deepest point (163 x 56cm)

Grey sample shown uses 1 strand of Knit Picks Alpaca Cloud fingering held together with 1 strand of Knit Picks Aloft lace weight. For this option you will need 420yds/385m of each yarn.
Orange sample shown uses just Black Elephant 4ply singles
