Endless Summer Hydrangea
Endless Summer Hydrangea
This pattern is written as a square or rectangular baby blanket from bottom to top border in one piece with picked up side edges.
Rectangular version shown in pictures.
This summer on Nantucket Island, we saw some of the most abundant and sizable Hydrangeas I have seen in my 28 years of going to the island. The shapes and sizes were endless, in the most interesting hues of pinks, blues and purples. When researching the varieties of this stunning flower, I found one named, Endless Summer, the inspiration behind this pattern. The borders are reminiscent of hydrangea petals.
