Escalator is a slouchy and fun beanie shaped with short rows. By changing yarn weight from worsted to DK or sport it’s easy to alter the size of the hat. This pattern uses german short rows method but you can use any short row method you prefer. You can find many videos and tutorials from this technic from You Tube and other websites.

Escalator on slouchy-tyylinen myssy rentoon menoon. Muotoilu on tehty lyhennetyillä kerroksilla. Jos haluat muuttaa kokoa esim. lapselle, voit vaihtaa langat esim. DK- tai Sport-vahvuiseksi. Voit neuloa lyhennetyt kerrokset haluamallasi tyylillä, tässä ei ole kiedottu ja käännetty vaan ensimmäinen silmukka nostettu kääntämisen jälkeen lanka työn edessä ja vedetty tiukalle niin, että silmukan pohja kääntyy puikon päälle näkyviin (= german short rows ).
