Fern Cliff Shawl (Small)
Get both the Large and Small version of the Fern Cliff Shawl for the price of one by adding both patterns to your chart at checkout.
Fern Cliff Shawl (small) is the little sibling of the larger version. It was also designed to mimic a Pacific Northwest summer scene of growing ferns reaching up to the sky. This shawl has an expansive wingspan that allows it to be draped around the shoulders with ease.
This shawl begins at one long edge and is worked upwards decreasing every wrong side row until you reach the end point of the shawl. Caliper Cables are then added and grow up the shawl. The Caliper cables, which mimic ferns, appear to be descending down a
cliff (the wingspan of the shawl). The first stitch of each row is slipped to give the nice edging.
