Yarn
● Jamieson’s of Shetland Spindrift (100% Shetland Wool; Fingering Weight; 115yds/25g). Approx. 3g total needed per stocking.
● Any fingering weight scraps will work well for this pattern. Choose two colors with high contrast for the fair isle pattern to show.
Needles
● US 3 (3.25mm) DPNs or long circular needles (32”+) for magic loop, or size to obtain gauge
Notions
● Yarn needle
● Stitch marker
● Optional: jingle bell
Gauge
● 32 sts and 40 rows = 4” Stockinette stitch in the round.
● Gauge is not crucial for this pattern.
