This is a lovey style toy with a sheep and rabbit variation. (However, the heads are essentially the same as my other toys, so you could use the head from any pattern, as long as it’s in the same gauge as the rest of the toy. Maybe just add 2 rows to the middle stockinette section).

Skills required include stockinette stitch, garter stitch, increasing, decreasing, cable cast-on at the end of a row, and sewing seams.

Materials
Lamb: 100 g (125 m) of chunky weight yarn in light grey (MC), 25 g (35 m) of chunky weight yarn in dark grey (CC)
Rabbit: 100 g (125 m) of chunky weight yarn in tan (MC), 25 g (35 m) of chunky weight yarn in cream (CC)
For both: 5 mm and 5.5 mm (US size 8 and 9) knitting needles, scrap yarn, stuffing, pair of 12-15 mm safety eyes or black felt, yarn for embroidering the face, tapestry needle, rattle insert (optional).
Gauge
4.5 sts and 8 rows per 2.5 cm (1 inch) in garter stitch
Size
30 cm (12”) long, excluding ears

ERRATA: There is a small row count error in the arm instructions. The last row of the Right Arm should be Row 42 (not 40, as in the pattern). So the instructions for the Left Arm should be
