Fleurish Embroidered Shawl
Two patterns included with purchase:
1 - Gumdrop Shawl knitting pattern - Smaller, non-striped version
2 - Fleurish Embroidery Pattern
Gumdrop is so cute and so versatile. This shallow triangular shawl is worked from the top down in simple Stockinette Stitch. The edging, reminiscent of old-school pom-pom trim, is knitted with bobbles and added to the shawl with 3-Needle Bind-off…easy-peasy!
Next, embroider your Gumdrop with a floral fleurish. You will need to print onto stick-on stabilizer that you will stitch on top of, then like magic, run it under water and the stabilizer disappears! Separate embroidery instructions are included to complete your design.*
Details for the Gumdrop Shawl knitting pattern can be found here.
Fleurish Embroidery Pattern includes detailed schematics and stitching instructions on how to embroider your shawl.
PLEASE NOTE The embroidery pattern needs to be transferred to your garment before stitching. I suggest using water-soluble stabilizer which can be found here. To transfer pattern, place stabilizer in the printer. Print Page No 20 from the Fleurish pattern at “actual size”.
