This tee design was sparked by the desire to design something other than socks using one of our Sock Sets. Our Sock Sets combine two of my favourite things: a beautiful full skein of sock yarn paired with a delightfully coordinating Mini Skein. Though perfect for socks, they are also perfect for… kid sized tees!

0-6 mo (6-12 mo, 1-2, 2-4) 4-6, 6-8, 8-10 years.

Yarn
TFA PureWash Sock (113g = 440 yds).
I used one of our Sock Sets for my sample. Sock Sets include a full skeins and a 20g = 95yds mini skein.

Gauge
26 stitches and 34 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch in the round using larger needles.

Recommended Needles
3.5mm (US 4) 16” circular needles. You may want a larger length circular needle of the same size for the larger parts of the yoke, I don’t mind cramming all of my stitches on short circulars so the longer needles are optional.
3.5mm (US 4) dps for I-cord ties.
Or size needed to obtain gauge.
