This shawl begins with a provisional cast-on and is worked from the center to one end then from the center to the other end.
The Left and Right sides of the shawl each have three parts:
The first is worked even in Feather and Fan Stitch Pattern, then there is a section where the stitch count increases regularly, then there is a final bind-off part that completes each side.
