The England Football fan tea cosy is dressed in his England football shirt and he is waving his England flag. On his head he has an England wig on with the cross of Saint George on it, just like some supports.

Never having been to a World Cup Match, I have based my tea cosy on television news reports from previous years. And I looked up the 2018 football shirt online as well as the 2018 football scarf.
