My daughter mentioned there was a new girl in her class and her little brother was very sick…so we thought we could cheer her up and extend our friendship by making her a little bear to say “welcome” to school. :)

Materials: You may use yarn and hook of choice with this pattern. Sample bear used…
• DK weight yarn in color(s) of choice – small amounts
• Crochet hook size F (3.75 mm) hook
• Stuffing – small amount
• 2 safety eyes of choice
• Embroidery thread & needle for nose
• Sewing thread & needle for button(s)
• Several small buttons of choice
• Yarn needle

Stitches used include - ch, sl st, sc, sc dec

Skill level: Easy/Intermediate
