A Shrug and Skirt ensemble done in thread. This ensemble is done in size 10 thread in sizes Small to Extra Large. The skirt features an elastic waistband that is not too bulky for comfort and fit. It has an ribbon strung through the lattice panels to give it a touch of color.
The Shrug is designed to set off the skirt but would look just as awesome with a tank top and blue jeans.
