Gingham Wing'm
This scarf was inspired by Anna Maltz’s “marlisle” knitting technique, combined with small double knitted panels to make this scarf completely reversible.
It also has an asymmetrical shape, which makes it easy to wear in different ways without it slipping off your shoulders.
It is worked either in a drapey Yak/Silk blend (available either with or without Merino) in a fingering (4-ply) weight (the natural/black sample in the pictures) or in Trinity Twist Sport weight (the light turquoise/bone sample shown).
The pattern contains pictures showing one possible way to hold the yarn to help make it easy to combine the ways in which the stitches are worked (some of them with a single strand, some with a double strand).
