Gulfstream pullover
Straight pullover with 2-4cm/1-1.5” of positive ease, V-neck and set-in sleeves.
The pullover is decorated with a vertical contrasting panel of 5 wave lines created with short-rows in garter (main body of the pullover is worked in stockinette). You can work wave lines using one, two or three colours – see sample on the right.
Bust darts allow for better fit, especially in larger sizes.
The garment is worked in pieces starting from the decorative panel and moving to the right. Then change the direction of work, and work back and front, and then sew the pieces to the decorative panel. Pick up stitches along armhole to set in the sleeves. Then seam the sides and sleeves. Apply I-cord along the neckline, hem and decorative panel.
Pattern includes 12 adult sizes and intended to be worn with 2-4cm/1-1.5” of positive ease.
