Happy Cowlidays
Happy Cowlidays is a fun and easy cowl to knit. It uses gradient striping and easy short-row lace to create surprise pops of color.
The cowl uses slightly less than 400 yards of main color, and about 65 yards each of three contrast colors. Use a gradient set or pick any three fun colors to make it as creative as you are.
The directions are written in two different ways- knit it flat (back and forth) so all rows are knitting (it’s all garter stitch), then a short seam is required at the end (16”). OR Knit it in the round, so every other row is purled, and there is no sewing at the end.
Finished dimensions: 16” tall x 28” circumference (40.5 cm x 71 cm)
Shown in Blue Skin Yarns- truly incredible bases and colorways!
