Heartless Afghan Block Square
This is the easier of the two feature blocks in the Power of Love Afghan, presented here as a stand-alone.
The technique of working 2 rounds below in the FLO is an advanced technique, but easily mastered with a little practice. Alternate rounds are worked BLO, to keep the front loop available for future work as the rounds progress.
The designer has perfected a technique of hiding the join point, and the whole block is done in two colours, with only 4 ends (2 from each colour) as the yarn is carried expertly from round to round while you work.
Have fun!
