The PDF download of this pattern, available above, is the same version of the pattern from the magazine. It only contains metric measurements, and uses UK terminology. To figure standard measurements (inches), divide the centimeters by 2.54.

The sleeves and body are knitted separately to the underarms, where they are joined together for the yoke. The yoke is shaped with set-in sleeve shaping by decreasing the armholes on the body first, then decreasing the sleeve cap stitches. The tops of the sleeve caps are finished by working a few short rows, then the shoulders are joined using the three-needle cast-off method. Stitches are picked up and knitted for the neckband and button bands.
