This simple poncho is just the thing for autumn days.
It is knitted a in DK weight yarn and with minimal shaping. Subtle texture adds a bit of interest to the fabric.
There are two sizes available, however, it can be customized to any size (instructions provided).
The pattern is very simple and can be tackled by advanced beginner.
’Hug me’ poncho sample is shown in Colour Mart cashmere (held double to get the gauge) and it is the larger version.
For those who don’t fancy that much knitting smaller version is provided.
Any DK weight yarn can be used as long as the gauge is correct, although mind the weight of it (choose yarn which has lots of yardage/100g; see suggested yarns).
Smaller version uses approximately 1620m and larger 2320m.
