Yarn requirements for this project are assuming you do NOT have any scrap yarn that would be suitable for making it. If you DO have scrap yarn, the yarn quantities listed in the materials far exceed what you will need. 100 yards of each color will be plenty. But because Ravelry lists yarn in yard ranges, I wanted to inform everyone here - you probably have enough yarn in your stash of leftovers to complete this project.
