Pattern update! Additional sizes!

The Karen Cable Beanie features a beautiful cable design created with a variety of front and back post stitches. The hat is crocheted with worsted weight yarn and a size J crochet hook. The pattern includes three sizes: adult, child and toddler. The beanie is topped with a DIY faux fur pompom (instructions included) or a purchased pompom. A soft, lightweight worsted yarn like Lion Brand Heartland works best for this hat.

Measurements: adult – 9.5” high, 18” around unstretched; child – 8.5” high, 16” around unstretched; toddler – 7.5’ high, 14” around unstretched.

Worsted weight (size 4) yarn, one skein Lion Brand Heartland in Haleakala, Grand Canyon or Yosemite
Size J - 6mm Crochet Hook
Yarn needle for weaving in ends
Purchased faux fur pompom or see page 6 for DIY pompom materials
