This sock honors the greatest of all binge-watching pleasures: Firefly. Though it was only on our TV for 14 episodes, it will live on in our hearts forever.

Inspired by the iconic colors and swirls of Kaylee Fry’s parasol, each luxiourios skein of this specialty colorway has been hand painted to capture Kaylee’s excitement, hope, and vibrance. As I designed the socks, I thought about what Kaylee would really want from her footwear. Sure, it’s not a giant pink cupcake of a dress, but the bobbles make them just as fun! The transitional length of the leg makes them easy to wear with any outfit, and they are perfect for keeping you warm and comfortable whether you are out on the town or fixing the ship’s engine. The Kaylee sock was originally released in the Society of Caffeinated Knitters (SoCK) subscription box from Lattes & Llamas. SoCK club ships bi-monthly boxes based on your favorite Fandoms. Each box contains 100g of Adventure Sock Yarn in a custom color, a sock pattern, themed stitch markers, and special surprises/treats. The colors and patterns are not available to the public until 6 months after the boxes ship.
