Kelpies are mythical water horses that, in the guise of gorgeous horses, lure unwary travelers onto their
backs — and then drown (and then eat) the unlucky riders in the kelpie’s home body of water.

This Kelpie, though equally lovely, is much, much friendlier. With a combination of modified Japanese stitch patterns, twisted stitches and pretty passed-over lace stitches, all evoking streams and pebbles, Kelpie will seduce you with its delicate strength and beauty.
