Beginning with a provisional cast-on method, a length of I-cord is worked as a base for the initial stitches. The shawl is shaped using a combination of gradual increases at the beginning of each row and larger increases on the first row of each Section. The size 1 shawl features 3 slip-stitch sections, while the size 2 shawl features 4 slip-stitch sections.
