This is an intro to learning how to knit. We are not worrying about gauge for this project as we are just easing our way into the knit stitch and purl stitch.

Choose a DK weight, sturdy yarn that will be forgiving with mistakes. Pick a bright color and stay away from blacks, navys, dark greys. The bright colors allows us to see our stitches easier.
