The lace border is worked first side to side. The main section is worked back and forth in short rows along long edge of border.

Cozette, the yarn used, is a soft blend of silk, cotton with a wee bit of polyamide.

Errata: corrected 4/1/15: Rows 4,6 and 8 of the Center Chart showed an extra purl stitch at each end of these WS rows. Instructions remain “purl across all WS rows 4 thru 16”. RS rows were correct as shown.
