This is a pattern for a leaf textured blanket, originally published in Knitting magazine. It is worked in a chunky yarn using simple knit and purl textured stitches which would be fine for a beginner. You will need 8 x 100 gm balls of yarn and a 8mm circular needle 100cm long.
