I made this Little Bird Amigurumi as an ornament for my Christmas tree, but it can also be a small toy for your kids, or a hanging ornament for baby nurseries, stroller chains, etc.

This pattern is written in US terms

MATERIALS
– 2.75-mm (C/2 USA, 12 UK) Crochet Hook
– DK (3, Medium) Weight Yarn
– One Stitch Marker (to work in the round)
– Tapestry Needle
– Stuffing
– 2 Safety Eyes, 5 mm

YARN
I used Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK (137 yds (125 m) per 50 g) in the following colors:
– Cream – Vanilla Cream (408)
– Light Brown – Soft Fudge (410)
– Orange – Blood Orange (420)
– Red – Pillar Red (415)
– White – Champagne White (403)

Feel free to use any yarn with the appropriate hook.

SIZE
3” (8 cm) long, 2” (5 cm) tall, and 2” (5 cm) large.

GAUGE
This pattern is too small to accurately determine the gauge.
