Little Buds
Little Buds is named after the budding plant motif featured on the circular pockets and back of this sweet little cardigan. This design is knit in pieces from the bottom up and features a large dramatic collar which is worked at the end.
This is a child size version of the Buds and Blooms cardigan found HERE and in the book Botanical Knits.

GAUGE
24 sts and 36 rows = 4” / 10 cm in St st on US4 / 3.5 mm needles or size needed to obtain gauge.
ERRATA: Please note that a few errors were found in Version 051816 of the print/ebook version.
-The written instructions for Chart C and D for the smaller sizes are reversed.
-Page 18, Under Left Pocket Lining, sizes 6 (8,10,12) ONLY: Inc row should read: K1, M1R, knit until 1 st rem, m1L, k1. 2 sts inc.
Page 20 under Collar
Please note that beginning bound-off stitches are skipped before picking up stitches for collar. You will begin at the neck shaping.
Row 8 needs to end with M1L, p1 instead of M1R, p1.
Stitches for collar should be picked up on WS
