I haven’t knit baby specific items in a while, but my son’s childhood friend and his wife had their first baby recently. A special hat was in order and the only requirement is that it be almost as sweet as she is. While it has some pink in it, none of the colors scream “BABY” as I’ve never been a fan of baby pinks and blues. Swap out the pinks for greens or oranges for a boy!
