This is a simple, top down shrug for American Girl or other 18” sized dolls. My model is an 18” doll that came from the Lakeside Catalog, that appears to be similar to the Michael’s brand of 18” dolls.

The name of this shrug came from one of my testers, withbuttons, who suggested it for those times when your mother tells you to put on “just a little something” - well, why not for your doll, too?

My testers all did a great job trying on this shrug on a variety of doll models - please check out the finished projects on Ravelry for an idea.
