Make Lemonade
When life gives you lemons………
….. Make lemonade
One of my favourite sayings, it helps me try to look on the bright side of life… not only have I used a bright citrus shade for this design but the shell pattern has a delicate texture reminidcent of lemon peel.
This beginner friendly pattern will have you stash diving again and again. It could be the perfect dcrappy project or an opportunity to break out the luxurious yarn.
Super easy, super effective and super adaptable, this gently textured and eyelet geometric striping pattern increases with each row.
Use any weight yarn and any hook size. Make a quick one skein small shawl or a generous voluptuous wrap.
Then, add a chain fringe for a touch of fun and fizz
Measurements:
170 cm x 92 cm / 67 inches x 36inches
Pattern Notes:
• There’s no right or wrong side to the shawl.
• The shawl is worked from side to side on a bias, stitches increase with each row.
• Sample uses Scheepjes Whirl – border rows used 21g of the Whirl.
• As the pattern is adjustable, any size hook and yarn weight will work
